This hat was designed to coordinate with the Scrunchable Scarf. The ribbing pattern is very stretchy and the resulting hat will fit a range of adult head sizes. Original design starts scrunchable pattern from the cast on edge, directions for variations with ribbing to achieve a tighter cuff are also included.

March 13, 2012 Designer’s Note: It has been brought to my attention that the row gauge and number of hat body rows called for doesn’t result in the suggested hat body length. I suspect I actually knit this with a row gauge closer to 27-28 rounds per inch, but the hat is now too worn to accurately check. Please just use the length directions to get a properly proportioned hat.
