• size 11 (8mm) circular needle, 16 inches long
• size 10 (6mm) double-pointed needles

From the book: “This is the warmest hat you will ever wear. It’s knit using two strands of yarn simultaneously, and the seed-stitch pattern gives it an interesting but not too busy texture. I call it ‘sculpted’ because it is so thick it can stand up by itself.”

The sample in the book was knit using two skeins of Peace Fleece Worsted.
