This pattern from Nonsuch Knits is an A-line sweater, knit from the bottom up in mostly stockinette stitch. A lace bodice is then knit with increases of cap sleeves. There is minimal finishing - joining at the shoulders and side seams. No picking up of stitches required!

Sea Glass has written instructions throughout, and a chart only for the bodice.

(Sea glass is the wonderful, collectable bits of glass that are tumbled smooth in the ocean’s surf. One of the most desired colors is a beautiful teal blue.)
