Sea ink is just a beautiful thing. Summoning to mind the images of octopuses, squids & cuddlefish. Swimming in clear water, Brilliantly intelligent creatures with such a unique way of existing. Smooshy soft yet beak-y with big brains, colour shifting skin and ink sacs.

The shape of the shawl is the same one as Soot & Cinders. I just love this shape so much and you can expect me to use it more often. A really wearable shape for folks who don’t like having a lot of fabric bunched up around their necks. It definitely depends on my mood!

This pattern has both fully written and fully charted instructions.
