Simple stitch pattern, I believe it is called Turkish rib.

I have used handspun BFL, that I plied with Pearl from Marks & Kattens, that I believe calls for a simple stitchpattern to really show off the yarn.

You can knit the scarf n any yarn and needle size you want.
