Fun chunky hat knitting pattern. My baby cable knit Seafarer Hat was inspired by the rolling waves of the seas in Devon, lapping up the shore while fresh sea breezes blow. A beanie hat that’s perfect for wearing while hunting for sea monsters in rock pools on chilly autumn days. Three sizes are included, toddler, child & adult - wrap yourself up warm and your little ones! A satisfyingly quick knit.

Knitted flat, this is an easy level pattern.

< no fiddly cable needles required, uses a neater stitch than mock cable ribbing

Knitted in any chunky/bulky weight yarn.

basic pom pom making instructions in the library on my website. The pom pom can be made of any yarn. If you plan on using the same yarn as the main hat, I suggest making the pom pom last - in case over enthusiastic pom pom making uses up too make yarn!

Please DO enjoy your hat while hunting for sea monsters!
