NOTE: There are some mistakes on the pattern. You should work Chart 2 twice, then Rows 1-12 once of Chart 2. Then, cont in est pat, but instead of adding 4 sts each side to attach border sts, you should begin adding only 2 sts each side from that point on until you have 4 sts rem to be attached on each side. Then, work top border rows. If you work as written in the magazine, you will not have enough sts left on each side.
