It doesn’t get more basic than this. The classic tee shirt, re-worked to be easy, fast, and guaranteed to fit you perfectly.

You can simply pick a size and knit by the numbers, “Designer’s Notes” are provided side-by-side to allow you to try on the garment and make small changes for the best possible for for you.

The tee is started at the very top. A few inches of the back and the area around the collar are knitted flat with short rows to make a nice smooth shoulder.

Next, stitches are picked up across the shoulders and the body and sleeves are worked simultaneously in the round.

The body directions include waist shaping to give a nice defined shape. The hips are slightly larger than the bust to keep the bottom from clinging.

Finally a bottom hem is sewn shut, with one small purl row to keep the edge from flipping.
