A quick and easy bonnet in all sizes from doll right through to adult! It is a fun way to use up leftovers from knitting socks and play with colour. This bonnet provides an exceptionally comfortable fit that doesn’t cling around the forehead, yet still provides warmth and protection for ears, even when not tied under the chin. I have one for myself and find it the most comfortable hat I have ever worn!

Try this pattern in different weights of yarn, working the smallest size in 2 ply lace on tiny needles will work for small dolls. Or try a baby size in dk or even worsted weight on larger needles for a child. The pattern is written in a way that will work for any weight wool with just a little calculation from a swatch sample
