This beautiful stitch is now a lovely set of finger-less gloves! You can make this pattern in Medium (4”) or Large (4.75”) adult hand sizes.
I used worsted weight wool yarn for this pattern.

Gauge info as follows:
Ch 14.
Row 1. hdc into 3rd ch from hook, ch 2 turn.
Row 2-8. hdc into each st, (12 st) ch2 turn.
8 rows of 12 hdc = 4x4”

I only used about 120 yards for one pair.
