Pattern Description from The Crochet Bible:
This accessories set of matching hat, belt, and bag is made in a mercerized cotton yarn, which, despite the light weight of the yarn and its fineness, is surprisingly hard-wearing. The shade of this yarn is reminiscent of the color of the ocean, so the fronds of the belt and the straps of the bag were trimmed with shells to continue the seaside theme. You could change the color theme-lilacs or purples would work well-and use pretty beads to trim the work.
