A curving scarf knitted in garter stitch with segments of colour.
The segments of colour are created with short rows without wraps, easy!
Use a slow colour changing yarn or scraps of different coloured yarns.
Detailed photo tutorial for all techniques included making it suitable for a confident beginner.

The sizing and yardage is based on using fingering weight yarn, but you can use any weight yarn with this pattern though the yardage required and finished size will vary.

270m (295yds) 4ply/fingering yarn - solid colour
420m (459yds) 4ply/fingering yarn - slow colour change or oddments
3.5mm US 4 straight or circular needles, your choice (or size needed to obtain gauge)
5 stitch markers
