The brim is made with a simple seed stitch while the rest is knit in a simple stockinette. The flower is crochet. It has 2 options for the stockinette edge - one especially for people who don’t like to block!

I used a size 5 (3.75mm) size 7 (4.5mm) straight needles and paton classic wool (worsted weight (size 4) yarn).
