Bring the spa home with this simple yet luxurious self-care kit.
Patterns for four items are included in this kit. Create a soft headband to keep your hair out of the way while enjoying a homemade facial, a bath mitt to slough off dead skin in the tub, reusable facial pads to remove makeup or apply toner, and a felted neck wrap filled to deliver soothing warmth to tired muscles. Each pattern includes directions for knit work as well as crochet, depending on what you’re in the mood to make.

Felted Knit Neck Wrap:
170 yds of Henry’s Attic Prime Alpaca, US7 (4.5mm) dpns
Filling: 3 cups of rice, buckwheat hulls or flaxseeds.
Optional: Dry lavender and/or hops to scent.

Felted Crochet Eye Pillow:
140 yds of Henry’s Attic Prime Alpaca H (5.0mm) crochet hook, tapestry needle.
Filling: 1 cup of rice, buckwheat hulls or flaxseeds.
Optional: Dry lavender and/or hops to scent.

Double Layer Knit Facial Squares:
Each Square: ~15 yds each of
Henry’s Attic Bamboo Cotton Fingering and Henry’s Attic Cascade
US2 (2.75mm) needles, B (2.25mm) crochet hook for assembly and edging. Optional: Blocking pins

Simple Crochet Facial Rounds:
Each Round: ~15 yds of one of Henry’s Attic Bamboo Cotton Fingering or Henry’s Attic Cascade, C (2.75mm) crochet hook, tapestry needle, locking stitch marker.

Knit Bath Mitts:
90 yds of Fibra Natura Java, US5 (3.75mm) needles. Optional: C
(2.75mm) crochet hook for making hanging loop.

Crochet Bath Mitts:
90 yds of Fibra Natura Java, G (4.25mm) crochet hook.

Knit Headband:
75 yds of Queensland Collection United, US8 (5.0mm) needles, 3 locking stitch markers for help during assembly.

Crochet Headband:
120 yds of Queensland Collection United, E (3.5mm) hook, 3 locking stitch markers for help during assembly.
