With this infinitely variable scarf, knit lengthwise, you never have to worry about leaving enough for fringe. The Self-Fringing Scarf can be made with any number of different colors of yarns. Since you cut the yarn every time you change, you can repeat colors without any fuss or ends to sew in.

Finished Measurements: 8” wide x 60” long (stretches out to about 80”)

Yarn: 1 skein each of Valley Yarns Stockbridge (50% superfine alpaca / 50% wool, 109 yds / 50g) in 5 different colors

Colorway 1:
Color A: Soft Grape, Color B: Red Purple, Color C: Deep Purple, Color D: Periwinkle, Color E: Boy Blue

Colorway 2:
Color A: Dark Gray, Color B: Light Gray, Color C: Natural, Color D: Deep Teal, Color E: Colonial Blue

Needles: US size 10 (6.0mm) 40” circular needles

Gauge: about 3 sts = 1” in garter stitch
