Just right for an evening stroll in the garden or for warding off the morning chill while having your first cup of coffee, here is a no nonsense shawl that is knit with worsted yarn. Its everyday warmth and sensible good looks are complemented by soft lace scallops with wavelets of contrasting color. You’ll enjoy knitting this design and reach for your Sensibility Shawl often.

We tested this pattern with beginners who advised us to write out the lace pattern row by row. We took their advice and what a help this is for early knitters!

Uses 700 yards worsted weight yarn for main color; 90 yards for contrasting color. US#10 circular needle, 24 inch.
