** You will repeat Row 35 just once, 35 rows after row 36 (row 71). There will be 3 rows of horizontal eyelets: row 35, the repeat of row 35 (row 71) and the eyelet row to increase the stitch count for the ruffle. **
From Row 33 until you have 159 sts, follow the pattern repeat (as shown by Blue Box) except for Row 35 which is an eyelet row).
