Two sizes available: Shibui sock yarn (2 skeins, 382 yards) for Women’s medium. Lorna’s Laces sock yarn (1 hank, 440 yards) for Women’s large. Other suggested yarns: Koigu KPM or Cherry Tree Hill sock yarn.

This stitch pattern is based on the Germaine Stitch pattern found in Barbara Walker’s Treasury of Knitted Patterns. The modifications make it a simple 4 row repeat with only 2 rows of lace to memorize. Enjoy!

NOTE: The instep for medium size will have 4 cables and 3 lace panels. The instep for the large size will have 4 cables and 4 lace panels.
