This slouchy hat will add zest to winter months, and will keep your head cozy and stylish throughout the year. The hat features a twisted rib brim, and a serpentine zig-zag ribbing pattern along the body of the hat. The ribbing pattern borders diamond shapes of alternating stockinette and reverse-stockinette stitches, with subtle eyelets along the bottom half of the diamonds. The extra slouch can accommodate long hair tied back.

Intermediate level. Uses yarn over and pf&b increases, p3tog, (sl1, k2tog, psso) and k2tog decreases, and twisted rib (ktbl). Terms explained in pattern.

Uses US size 7 (4.5 mm) 16” circular and US size 7 dpns.

This was actually made by my co-hort, Linden Cady, but we run the etsy shop together and we agreed it seemed easiest to consolidate the listing in this way.
