This pattern includes instructions to make four different sizes of bowls that nest inside each other quite nicely. You can hold two strands of the same colour together, or use two different colours for a heathered look. Two skeins will make all four bowls. You can stripe them however you please, there are many ways to make these unique.

If you are a tight knitter, I would recommend going up one needle size. You want these sort of loose and floppy before felting, so there is enough room for the fibres to get friendly with each other in the wash.

You can make each bowl taller or shorter by knitting more or less rows before the decreases. This will of course affect how many bowls you can get out of the two skeins.

Special thanks to Nora Swisher for test knitting and providing wonderful photos of her finished bowls.
