Seven Shades Of Grey: A triangular top down version of my shawl “Polychrome” worked in a monochromatic colour scale, like my shawl “Fade To Grey”.

If you liked my 2 shawls “Fade to Grey” and “Polychrome” but couldn’t decide which one to make, this shawl might be a compromise.

Finished measurements:
wingspan 190 cm / 75 inches
from top to bottom at deepest point 80 cm / 31,5 inches
(after blocking)

Yarn:
Fingering weight.
The sample was knit using Miss Babs Yummy 2 ply Toes, 7 (121 m/38 g) skeins in colour Quicksilver, Slate, Shale, Gomez, Pewter, Obsidian and White Peppercorn, in all 847 m.

Gauge:
20 sts and 40 rows = 10 cm in garter stitch.

Needle size:
3.75 mm, circular needle, minimum 80 cm.
