Long sleeved, hip length, buttoned cardigan with V neck and waist shaping. Sized to fit 32 in through 40 in with 3 to 4 inches of positive ease. Sleeves and body are knit bottom up, beginning with K1, P1 rib and several repeats of Trinity or Blackberry stitch. The main pattern of stylized, shaded flowers is knit in intarsia from a charted pattern.

8 to 10 skeins (1296 to 1620 yards) of the main color are required, along with small amounts of 12 other colors for the flowers. The pattern calls for 1 skein of each of these colors but less is actually required.
