This is the cover pattern on the source booklet, Stitchcraft No.476, August 1973. It’s a mother-and-daughter set of matching embroidered jumpers, with an aran-style panel of flowers on the front.

The pattern requires 5-12 x 50g balls of the recommended yarn, plus a little contrast colour for embroidery. There are no diagrams or charts.
