This comfy cowl has wonderful texture and a pattern of repeating triangles that resemble shark fins or sails.

The cowl is knit flat and will need to be sewn up with a tapestry needle in the final step using the Mattress technique. This technique is explained with diagrams in the pattern.

The finished size of the cowl is approximately 26” x 7” and you will need about 150 yards of Worsted weight yarn to make it. I used Blue Sky Alpacas Worsted Cotton yarn in the color Sleet.
