Shayron’s Lace is a circular shawl or scarf made with lace-weight yarn. It is worked from side to side for the denser body, and the laciest parts are worked along the outer curve when the top part is finished.

The pattern pdf includes recipe advice as well as a print-and-go page (1-pg pattern copy) for your project bag.

After blocking, the shawl is 65 in. (165.1 cm) along the inner curve and 10 in. (25.4 cm) wide.

The following stitches were used: chain, double crochet, double crochet two together, double crochet three together, double treble crochet, half double crochet, single crochet, slip stitch, and treble crochet.

The pattern pdf includes 14 photos of the design as it develops as well as several photos of the completed shawl.

Shayron’s Lace is named for my friend, Shayron, an excellent knitter and instructor, who taught me to knit not so very long ago.
