Sheba Remix
This is a new, highly improved makeover of my original Sheba pattern. The original pattern was designed specifically for a mohair yarn no longer in existence. This remix is done in a gorgeous cash/silk/cotton degrade yarn with adjusted gauge and more structure. The pattern still features a timeless slip stitch pattern, a curved hem, as well as extra sizes and sizing details and tips on customizing fit. You can even make it long sleeved if you wish!
This pattern is designed to be a fun, easy and flexible knit. The version shown is made with a few inches of negative ease, but the pattern provides lots of tips for how to adjust the fit to your body and preferences!
The number one key to getting a good fit in any garment is to do a gauge swatch and adjust your needle size (if needed) to get the gauge in the pattern. Please knit a swatch to check your gauge.
Also, if in doubt, buy extra yarn! I made my top in the Large/XL size from two balls, but there wasn’t much left. If you plan to knit extra length or width, you will need an extra ball.
