This is a top down raglan sweater designed for easy and peaceful knitting.

The body is knitted in fingering weight and the trims in lace weigh, and you can choose to knit the easy, textured stripes in a tonal shade or contrasting colour.

An option of either short or long sleeves is included in the pattern and gives this piece versatility.

The raglan shaping creates an attractive curved line and transitions well from yoke to body, the body is knitted without shaping, and the striped hemline adds a soft flare at the hip line.

Yarn
The body is knitted in fingering weight and the stripe pattern is knitted in fingering/lace held together and lace. This combination adds texture and lightness to the stripe sections.
