Shell lace jacket 2T - 4T - 6T - 8T

This pretty little jacket/sweater has beautiful lace pattern on the bodice combined with stockinette stitch on the upper body and sleeves.
The perfect touch for girls.

This one-piece suit is knitted from bottom up. Sleeves are knitted separately and then joined together at yoke which means minimal seaming. The matching jacket is knitted from the top down. Jacket and sleeve length are fully adjustable, and also minimal seaming is involved.
It is very quick to knit up and would be suitable for both the beginner or intermediate knitter. May look complicated however it is VERY SIMPLE to knit, definitely worth knitting.

Baby wool was used for this outfit, which is super soft next to babies delicate skin.
I have gone back to the basics with this jacket, vintage with a modern pattern. I was inspired by the sea shell, and a simple, yet beautiful lace pattern gives this sweater a very soft, cozy feel.

This is a step by step knitting pattern written in standard american term, it includes written pattern. Written instruction for special stitches are noted.
