for you to make

SHIELDS is so comfortable and soft, light and airy but incredibly warm. Pure heaven to touch and wear. This gentle and delicate shawl can be for a small person (a special baby) or to wrap your shoulders when the twilight visits, just a little something to wear when the darkness descends and the air becomes chilly.

Uncomplicated and effortless to make – a rhythmic pattern repeat that is soothing to work; garter-stitch borders and an intricate lacy motif makes up the design. Just a simple rectangle; with no seams and two threads to sew in - one at the beginning and one at the end.

Cast-off loosely. I do suggest you block; wet thoroughly, lie out on a towel to dry naturally making sure to pull out to define shape.

YOU WILL NEED
1 x 100g FINE MOONSHINE SPARKLE, 800m/100g (65% alpaca, 20% silk, 10% cashmere and 5% stellina)
4.5mm needles + sewing-up needle

GAUGE: not important for this shawl, just knit and enjoy
