We all succumb to impulse buys at the yarn shop, and wind up with one single skein of delicious fiber that we just couldn’t resist! This scarf works up quickly, and can be used to add a splash of glamor to any outfit.
As a general rule, the fancier your yarn, the simpler your stitch pattern should be. Too much pattern can fight with glitz or color variations rather than complementing them!

To get the most out of your skein of fancy yarn, choose a scarf pattern that is worked from the center out, as this one is. Weigh the skein before you begin on a small kitchen scale, then work as long as you can until exactly half has been used. This way you know you will have enough yarn to complete the whole project.
