This is a pattern for a pair of knitted socks that contain lace, nupps and cables. The nupps are omitted for the foot section but enhance the upper part of the socks. If you enjoy knitting and wearing ornate socks, this may be the pattern for you.

There are two different set of directions for how to knit nupps. These socks are knitted on 2 circular needles and require between 390 - 460 yards of yarn. They are also knitted cuff down.

You can either add the nupps at the foot portion, or omit them for that section, should you wish.

There are 4 sizes (S, M, L, and XL) contained within the pattern, and they are sized by gauge.

Skill level: Intermediate, (assuming some sock experience).

This pattern is charted only.

The sample was expertly pattern tested by Sheree Kuntz who can be contacted at:Sheree Kuntz@gmail.com The socks were knit using Lorna’s Lace Shepherd Sock in colorway, Mirth.
