Liesl is the simplest, sweetest of knits: A shortie, Infinity Scarf Cowl knitted in 2 x 2 Rib with a Stocking Stitch Body.
This striking cowl is knitted in Plymouth Yarn Jelli Beenz, a variegated wool/acrylic mix. It comes in some fantastically bright colour combinations.
For a more muted version, try Plymouth Yarn’s Coffee Beenz . The colours work equally as well.
The scarf is ideal for confident beginners as it combines only rib and stocking stitch.
It is an ideal first time project for ‘knitting in the round.’
The provisional cast on can be substituted for a cable cast on if required. The cowl knits up quickly.
