Shrimply the Best socks were originally published in the Why are Flamingos Pink sock set, but are now available as a single pattern.

Knit from the top down with a ribbed cuff, these socks have a traditional heel flap and gusset construction, with a shrimp colourwork pattern on the leg (with little duplicate stitch details for the eyes). After the colourwork, the remaining leg section and the foot are knit using two colours with helical stripes. The toe is then finished by grafting stitches together. This pattern uses the magic loop circular needle method (but can be knit with 23cm (9 inch) circulars or DPNs).
