THIS IS A MACHINE KNITTING PATTERN
Shrugs or Cocoons knitted in stocking stitch on a standard gauge knitting machine.

This pattern is NOT the usual rectangle with a cuff at each end.

One size fits all, although 2 sizes are given for the 4 ply shrug, medium and large.

Instructions given for 4 ply version (fingering weight) and also a version for those thinner industrial yarns which hate to be shaped. This is a loose fitting shrug jacket which drapes just as you want it to.

Easy to knit - can be completed quickly the same day.

Suitable for standard gauge knitting machines (Brother, Knitmaster, Knitking, Silver etc). (This is not a duomatic pattern).
