Shuckle by Alexandria Batista

Shuckle

This pattern is available for free.

This pattern takes 3, (technically 4 if you count the bit of black for the eyes), different colors. This is my ATTEMPT at a Shuckle and as I keep mentioning, I am aware that there are suppose to be two more holes on the back of Shuckle’s shell. The issue was that I do not have circular needles, therefore I could only make the shell so wide, and THEREFORE could only make it so long without making it look weird. You are more than welcome to tweak the instructions for the shell if you have circular needles available. The finished project according to my instructions is 6.75 inches tall and 8 inches wide, (width includes the legs and how they are spread out of course). If you plan on simply following this pattern to the letter, you will need fair amounts of yellow, red, and some sort of whitish color, (I used white, that being the closest color available to something that matches Shuckle’s hole covers but if you have something closer and it is the same size as the other yarn you are using then use that)! Gauge is not really that important.
