This glove is knit sideways and in one piece (from pinky across to thumb and back to pinky). It is easy and neat and fits great.
It is a variation on a glove pattern I learned about 30 years ago, but I added a cuff and a decorative lace pattern at the wrist and on the back of the hand.
It is also a simple pattern to adjust for longer or shorter fingers (how to included) since it is knit sideways. And you don’t have to worry about fussing with double point needles at each finger or fussing with the “gap” that many glove knitters get between the fingers!
It fits really well because of both the stitch (garter stitch) and the sideways construction. And tho’ you might not think having a seam up and down each finger is either neat or convenient or comfortable, let me reassure you that it look neat, is not noticeable in the fit and is so simple.
