The Siena pullover is my favorite pullover to wear during the colder seasons because it’s warm and elegant at the same time. I chose very minimal stitch patterns and textures for a classic yet modern look. This pullover will keep you warm thanks to the high collar and long and voluminous sleeves. The slightly cropped fit makes it easy to wear with a skirt or a pair of high-rise jeans.

The Siena pullover is knitted from the bottom up. It is knitted in the round until the armholes, after which the front and the back are knitted separately. The shoulders are joined with a Three Needle Bind Off. The sleeves are worked seamlessly in the round and seamed to the body. Lastly, stitches are picked up from the neck edge and worked in the round. The neckband is then folded double and seamed. All techniques are explained in the pattern.
