Crochet wall art for Hanukkah! The pattern for this 3 dimensional work of art features a beautiful silver menorah with multi-color candles on an ivory and blue tablecloth against a creamy yellow wall. The menorah and candles are separately crocheted and sewn to the crocheted background. The finished work measures about 12” wide by 17” high. The pattern is fun to crochet with a variety of stitches and techniques to keep things interesting. The menorah is worked in a silver metallic flecked yarn, Big Twist Twinkle. The background and border are worked in 4 shades of Red Heart Super Saver. The candles need about 2/3 yd. each of 9 colors worsted weight yarn, plus about 1 ½ yds of white for the embroidered flames - a great stash buster! Reinforced with a dowel across the back for hanging on a hook.
