The interlocking diamonds on these mitts remind me of the feathers on my silver laced wyandotte hen.

Only 4 rows have floats longer than 5 stitches, and the afterthought thumb doesn’t interrupt this easy to memorize pattern.

The colorwork chart shows the whole mitt, not just the repeating pattern. Both mitts fit on either hand, so just knit two exactly the same.

Yarn:
I used Blue Moon fiber arts Socks that rock lightweight in Super hero blues, and Opal Uni-solid 4 ply in White.
You will need between 119-137M (130-150 yards) of each color.
