The Silver Lining Shawl is inspired by the summer and all the fun neon colors that seem to make an appearance every year during this season.

Designing this shawl has been a lot of fun, I wanted to create a big, light and airy shawl that is perfect for summer days and that showcased the colors in a fun way.
This shawl is meant to be a fun, relaxing project. While knitting it I knew I wanted to keep it simple but also bring a bit of a challenge to the project, so I decided a lace mesh that is just a simple 2 row repeat was the best option.

This is a triangle shaped shawl, with a very easy to follow pattern, knitted with bigger sized needles to make it even better and it is perfect for showcasing 2 contrasting colors.
