I love designing for babies and I wanted something small, quick and useful. So I came up with this little jacket. It takes approximately 25g of baby DK yarn and I can make one in about an hour. The little jackets that I make are donated to charity for use on maternity wards but They can also be used for little dolls.

I left the pattern plain so that it is suitable for both baby boys and girls. It also works up lovely in plain yarn. I hope you like and I hope you will consider making one for charity x
