Simple Cable Wreath
This pattern is a great way to use up random skeins from your stash. Color, texture and yarn weight are all up to you!
WHAT holiday/event can you make a wreath for? WHO can you give one to? Why did you have THAT color in your stash? WHY did you only buy one skein of that? All these questions can be answered with this fun, simple pattern!
3 to 5 Skeins of yarn- color and texture are your choice
US 15 straight or circular needles
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing
Wreath frame ( I prefer the wire, but foam would also work)
Embellishments (ornaments, flowers, bows…)
You will also need a cable needle (I actually found that a double pointed needle, of any size smaller than my working needles) worked better given the bulk of the multiple strands being used to hold the stitches in a cable row.
