With some left over handdyed yarn from Why Knot Fibers I whipped up a quick pair of fingerless gloves and had them for sale at craft show along with the yarn. They were a hit, a big hit, more gloves please! I wrote down the pattern and we started producing gloves at a rate of nearly 1 pair every 2 days. What I really like about this pattern is how easy it was to size up to get a larger range of sizes and how easy it was to substitute out cable patterns (to keep things interesting while knitting the same thing over and over and over again).

The pattern is currently in a draft state missing some of the details for some of the sizes so is currently listed as $1, but will hopefully be finalized shortly and then be for sale for $4.

It is a fairly basic pattern with no particularly unique construction, however I focused on getting a great fit, particularly through the thumb/wrist. Patterns which keep the knitting straight through the wrist always look a bit bunchy to me when I wear them and I wanted a really nice fitted line. We have also tested the pattern fairly hard with the production levels we were producing so I feel it really stands up to the test.
