Knitted cuff-down, worked in a simple rib and cable pattern. Ribbed socks are my favorite because they fit the best and always stay on.

SIZES
1 (2, 3).
Sizes 1 and 2 are written to use Sport weight (or heavy fingering weight) yarn and will fit a foot circumference of 8 (9)“ 20 (22.5) respectively. Size 3 will result in a very big sock if worked in sport weight yarn.
Size (3) was written in case you wish to use thinner yarn (light fingering weight): use sizes 2 and 3 to fit a foot circumference of 8 (9)” 20 (22.5) respectively.

MATERIALS
Yarn: 1 skein of British Stein Fine Wool 4 Ply by The Grey Sheep Co 100% Wool; 360y (330m) /100g or 360y (330m) of sport weight (or heavy fingering weight) yarn. Shown in color How Sweet you Are.
Needles: US 1½ (2.25mm) dpns or long circular needles for magic loop.
Other notions: Tapestry needle.

GAUGE
28 sts and 36 rounds to 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette St on US 1 (2.25 mm) needles.
