Welcome to spring with this Simple Sweater Set. A modern shape at the shoulders brings this wardrobe staple into the 21 century.

Two pieces in one pattern: sleeveless slipover and poncho.

Using the delicious Dapple from Brooklyn Tweed, this yarn is soft and smooth against the skin. The blend of merino and organic cotton renders it light with just enough drape.

The pattern sets up your seed stitch so that it works up helically without a seam at the beginning of round. Both pieces are worked top down. The slipover is worked flat to the bottom of the armhole then joined in the round. The poncho is knit in the round from the neck down to the lower seed stitch hem.
