This is the first skirt Carol Lansinger designed for us and it has become a favorite in her skirt classes and amongst our staff. It’s a great way to learn the fundamentals of what makes a knitted skirt work.

We like to wear it casually with leggings and boots, or dress it up a little. We show a sporty 16” length and a suit-ier 19” length, but you can make it any length you like.

This skirt is worked waist down from a neat self-finishing elastic waistband that’s knitted in the round. Then we split the skirt into front and back panels that you’ll seam later for a little structure and a nice hang.
