Singular is an all-single-crochet cloche, worked at a slightly tighter-than-usual gauge for a more structured hat. A double-knotted tie and reverse single crochet edging add charming finishing touches.

Designed to showcase self-striping and self-patterning yarns in narrow stripes, Singular has a vintage look.

The pattern offers four women’s sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large with head circumferences of 21, 22, 23, 24 in./53, 56, 58, 61 cm. It’s rated intermediate for its spiral two-color construction.
