Sironta is a cowl / infinity scarf designed to showcase a handdyed or handspun yarn. It combines a simple slip stitch pattern with a traditional chevron stitch. The main colour is a semi-solid colourway that sets a calm background to the colourful slipped stitches.

The cowl is knit sideways in the round. If you knit the pattern as written, you get a loop that you can wrap twice around your neck. Both the lenght and width are easy to modify, as well as the width of the individual stripes.

Finished size: 130cm x 25 cm.

Materials:
See Jayne Knit Superwash Merino DK, 1 skein in Marie’s Royal Purple (MC), 1 skein in Tropical Fish (CC)

If you are wondering about your yardage, the sample used up almost a full skein of main colour and about 3/4 skein of the contrasting colour.
