The pattern calls for light fingering weight yarn held together with mohair lace hence the high yardage but note that the mohair lace is entirely optional.

You will need:

1 x 100g skein of fingering/light fingering weight yarn, I used Black Elephant Merino Single in the colour Mist, and

5 x 20g mini skeins of fingering weight yarn, I used the Autumnal Berries Mini Skein Set from Birdstreet UK (Mr B’s Yarn), plus

approximately 3 x 25g of mohair lace in corresponding colours - this is hard to be exact about because I used almost two balls of (white) kidsilk haze for the main section, half a ball of purple for the pink and purple stripes, half a ball of caramel for the orange and tan stripes and a tiny bit of pale pink for the beige stripe.

4.5mm circular needles with at least 100cm wire.
