I designed this beret as a ‘hat of the month’ for my favorite local yarn shop, Stitch Therapy, Brooklyn. A tubular cast on is the lead in for a double knit brim, and then onto Roman stitch for the body of the beret. Knit in Berroco Ultra Alpaca, it is very soft and drapes nicely.
